Our 6 stage process ensures that your wheels are delivered back to you as good as new!

WHEEL REMOVAL

Our fully trained staff will safely and securely jack up your vehicle at your location of choice, and take your wheels to our central workshop.

CHEMICAL STRIPPING

Once tyres are removed, wheels are placed in a chemical bath to remove all of the paint.

WHEEL PREPERATION

Once all paint has been removed we start from the bottom up, any damage is welded, smoothed and all wheels sandblasted.

POWDER COATING

Wheels go into our large fan assisted oven and heated. They are then powder coated in your colour of choice.

DIAMOND CUTTING

Our in-house purpose built CNC wheel lathe means we can also refurbish diamond cut wheels.

TYRE FITTING AND WHEELS BACK ON

Tyre fitting and balancing is included with all jobs. Wheels are then delivered back to you at your pre arranged time and fitted back on your car before being jacked back down and torqued to the correct setting.
